Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:
- If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
- Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- For returns or exchanges, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'Returns' or ‘Exchanges’ and include your order number, name and the reason.
- One of our team members will respond with a return authorization form (RMA) for you to complete and sign. If you provided your order number to the support team, you should receive a pre-filled form and all that will be needed is your signature.
- When we receive the signed return authorization form, we will send you an approved form with an RMA # and shipping instructions. Do not send items back without an approved RMA.
- Please include a printed copy of the approved RMA with the returned item(s).
- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. Original shipping costs (if applicable) will not be refunded.
